Utilizing the Apple Watch and Apple HealthKit frameworks, this app measures stress levels through continuous heart rate monitoring while the user is at rest.
Prior to pivotal events like meetings or interviews, users can initiate "Calm" on their Apple Watch. The app will promptly notify users through both physical and visual cues if an increase in heart rate is detected. Users can end the stress monitoring session upon completion of their event.
All monitoring sessions are stored and accessible for review on the companion iPhone application for "Calm."
